Sonia Logue

President & CEO

Sonia Logue continues the Family tradition, as the President of DUKE, which is 100% Canadian, female-owned and operated, and partners with major clients in Canada, the United States and around the world. Sonia brings over 20 years of experience recruiting for the specific needs of the shipbuilding, and oil & gas industries. Duke Marine was founded in 2003 by Sonia and her father “DUKE’ as an Ontario Corporation to collaborate between industry, academia, and skilled talent pools of diverse peoples, including women, Indigenous Peoples, veterans, new Canadians and others. Duke Marine supplies staffing services to such Canadian naval projects as the Canadian Surface Combatants, the Joint Support Ships, and the Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ships.

Sherry Colville

Senior Vice President, Operations

Sherry has over 30 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defence Industry. Her professional career includes working for some of Canada’s top tier defence companies with a leadership pedigree in customer focussed positions such as Business Unit Management, Program Management, Contract Management, Strategy and Business Development. Prior to joining Duke, Sherry was the Senior Director of the Integrated Solutions and Sustainment Portfolio at Lockheed Martin Canada where she led the successful Program Portfolio of domestic and international in-service support services and product programs. Sherry builds effective relationships with stakeholders and believes that an important ingredient of any successful business is to focus on people in an empowering and diverse culture.
